Prayer to God
I want to be able to love at all times, but I'm not capable. I call on you to give me the strength and insight to love when reasoning tells to do the opposite. When I do this the results are nothing short of amazing!
Meditate on Psalms & Proverbs
Let not steadfast love and faithfulness forsake you; bind them around your neck; write them on the tablet of your heart. So you will find favor and good success in the sight of God and man.
Your steadfast love, O Lord, extends to the heavens, your faithfulness to the clouds.

"Yet Not I, But Through Christ In Me"
What gift of grace is Jesus my Redeemer There is no more for Heaven now to give He is my joy, my righteousness and freedom My steadfast love, my deep and boundless peace To this I hold, my hope is only Jesus For my life is wholly bound to His Oh, how strange and divine, I can sing, "all is mine" Yet not I but through Christ in me The night is dark but I am not forsaken For by my side the Savior He will stay I labor on in weakness and rejoicing For in my need His power is displayed To this I hold, my Shepherd will defend me Through the deepest valley He will lead Oh, the night has been won and I shall overcome Yet not I but through Christ in me No fate I dread, I know I am forgiven The future sure, the price it has been paid For Jesus bled and suffered for my pardon And He was raised to overthrow the grave To this I hold, my sin has been defeated Jesus now and ever is my plea Oh, the chains are released, I can sing "I am free" Yet not I but through Christ in me With every breath I long to follow Jesus For He has said that He will bring me home And day by day, I know He will renew me Until I stand with joy before the throne To this I hold, my hope is only Jesus All the glory evermore to Him When the race is complete, still my lips shall repeat Yet not I but through Christ in me To this I hold, my hope is only Jesus All the glory evermore to Him When the race is complete, still my lips shall repeat Yet not I but through Christ in me Yet not I but through Christ in me
Ponder the Scripture
Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God.
Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends. As for prophecies, they will pass away; as for tongues, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away.
A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”
Love does no wrong to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,
